Although we strive for perfection in every order, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your package, and we will work quickly to make it right.
Our Do-It-Right Guarantee
If your order contains products that are materially different from your approved design, incorrectly printed, embroidered, or produced on the wrong item, we will gladly offer one of the following solutions:
- Free replacement
- Full refund
- Partial refund
depending on the situation and your preference.
If we are unable to successfully reproduce or correct the affected item(s), a refund will be issued for those products.
Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for returning products in accordance with our return instructions.
If your order was shipped using DHL Express Shipping, the original shipping fee will also be refunded in approved return or exchange cases related to product defects or errors.
Non-Defective Returns
Because all products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer:
Returns for non-defective items are subject to a $20 customization/restocking fee per item.
Order Cancellations
All personalized items are made-to-order.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Reason for cancellation
- Cancellation Terms
- Orders that have not entered production may be canceled with minimal processing fees.
- Orders that have already entered production are subject to a $20 restocking/customization fee per item.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note:
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
After your refund confirmation email is sent, it may take:
7–10 business days for funds to appear in your account
Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
